I bought this fan to help air flow out of the air conditioning vents and to allow me to direct the air flow more towards me while driving. It works well to do both of those things. I would use the "rainbow colors" option if I could capture a color. So the Light option is useless for me. Two things to note. At low speed, the fan is pretty quiet. On medium and high settings, the fan is VERY loud, which is annoying when listening to music or making phone calls. Another thing is that the fan stays on after you turn the car off as it gets its power from the car's "auxiliary power port" (aka the cigarette lighter - yes I'm that old! LOL!). Not necessarily bad, but if you forget it and leave it on, it will drain your battery!
