I should have looked better, spent money on an ordinary product.
Used two seats in total. One of them was discovered to be married (as indicated by the presence of two tiny bald spots on the seat's upholstery). Everything was protected by two hundred layers of film, so I don't think it was damaged in transit; rather, I believe this is just standard operating procedure for the organization. Because we were required to return the complete order, we chose to maintain possession of it. The chairs are nice, yet, as the expression goes, there is still a sour taste in one's mouth.
