Review on Silhouette America Glow Printable Sticker by Karla Richter

At first glance it really seems like a good glow on dark paper. I mean it glows for at least 30 or 45 minutes. The only reason I don't give it five stars and I only give it 3 I give the stars is because when trying to make stencils I ran 3 sheets of this paper through my silhouette and had a really hard time cutting it properly. I have new blades on my Silhouette Cameo so it's not a problem. I've used various pressures to no avail, but still can't cut it properly and lift the finished stencil from the backing.
