The ease of use for our employees is one thing that I like best about this system! It makes it easy not only from filling out paperwork but also making payments online or at any time via phone calls/texts (which are free!).
They have been very helpful in troubleshooting some issues as well since they're always there if you need them when their office hours aren't open yet during business days; however - sometimes things do fall through which can be frustrating especially towards end month where everything needs processed before new year begins again!! Make sure your team knows how much money will go into each benefit plan option so everyone's aware what options may exist depending upon available funds within current account balance etc... This helps prevent confusion between members who don’t know exactly why certain plans were selected over others once final payment has made its way back home after processing by employer / insurance provider side..
