These are spade lugs
These are 20 spade lugs. You crimp them onto the wire and you can put it on a screw or rod. Useful for connecting speaker wire to car amplifiers where the ring terminals are too wide. Are additional explanations required? 4/5 will probably try to come up with a better solution and end up going back to top terminals.
