Oddly the shoe fits true to size, but the way it's constructed (with a steep drop) feels like your foot is sliding all the way forward. Thus, your toes meet the front of the shoe. It's not convenient. I will have to return these. Even if I increase the size, it doesn't matter, your foot is inclined and will continue to slide up, but there is room in the heel! I hope that makes sense. If you want to give them as a gift, please note that the box will be destroyed. Also, there was a stain on the suede of one of the sneakers.
