Appeared to be of average quality for a basic dress. you are small I don't know if I had a bad batch or what. I ordered it in medium and extra large. The Extra Large ONLY fit the child who should be a medium size. The middle one was the size of a very small child's clothing. As a child, it would never have occurred to me.
