Review on Spasilk by David Dugas

I had a negative encounter at Spasilk as a parent. Although they advertise a broad range of baby products, I thought their selection was deficient in a number of ways. I was unable to locate any special or educational toys for my child because of their limited toy selection. I was also dissatisfied with the caliber of the goods I did buy. Although they may have luxurious crib linens, I thought they were overpriced for what they were. Additionally, the sheets frequently came off of my standard-sized crib and did not suit it well. I'll discuss their customer service last. Although they respond quickly, I didn't find their staff to be useful or accommodating. When I complained about my purchase, I received a dismissive response and no offer of a refund or a swap. Overall, based on my experience, I am unable to endorse Spasilk. They are a disappointing choice for parents due to their small product variety, high prices for low-quality items, and unhelpful customer service.
