I'm sad that my experience wasn't like everyone else's because I really hoped it would be. It just didn't work for me. I literally followed the directions, but all I managed was to make me feel fat and gross. It had a really weird smell, somewhere between a wet towel and trash that had been out in the rain for too long. On the other hand, however, they offered me a refund, which I really appreciated. I didn't take it because it's not fair to them to lose that money. I paid for it, so I took the risk.
