Update May 2020The seller saw my original review and offered a replacement or a refund, I was shocked since I got this last year. While I did unfortunately receive a defective product the customer service is excellent.So I would like to be less harsh in this review. I was aggravated when I posted my original. So I’d like to give 4 stars just for the customer service alone.And 2/3 stars for the product. Since I received a faulty one.Purchased this last September. Never used it, and today I went to hook it up for my children to play with, noticed it wasn’t working as advertised, well there is a big hole in the seem of it on the side which can’t be patched. So unfortunately this won’t work. Don’t waste your money, go somewhere local to purchase something like this.
