Interfering with Pacifiers, Teethers & Teething Relief

I received this item halfway out of the box. What amazed me was that this is a children's product and is not sealed or sealed. It's obviously been used, it's covered in dog or cat hair, disgusting. I have never been so appalled to buy from Amazon. I will order another one and hope to get a new one and not the one that was sent back.
