First off, remember you are buying very inexpensive frames. They are not wood and not glass. The description clearly states this. So my expectations were appropriately set.I had no issues with packaging/shipping. All arrived in tact.I LOVE the mechanism on the back for opening and closing the frames. You don’t need and screwdriver to unscrew anything or bend those horrid tiny pieces of metal that some frames use. I also love that it comes with a mat. Not a thick bevel cut mat but a nice white thick piece of paper that does the job.Remember the level set expectations mentioned above? The plexiglass is super thin and brittle. I had no issues with 4 out of my 5 frame assemblies. I did however underestimate the brittleness of the plexiglass and held it on the short end in the center and it did snap where my thumb was. Completely my fault. Would it have been nice if it didn’t break? Yes. But I quickly reminded myself how much I paid and got over it.So just don’t expect the same quality you would get with a frame 5x the price and be super careful how you handle the plexiglass. With those things in mind….great product and would highly recommend.
