Review on 🌿 Rael Natural Balancing Facial Toner: Alcohol-Free, Soothing Vitamin B5, pH-Balanced for All Skin Types, 150ml by Russell Galbreath

I was looking for a toner to balance my oily skin and I am very happy with this Rael toner! I was skeptical at first as it feels slightly sticky after application. However, as I was hoping, my skin became less shiny as the day progressed! As a working graduate student, I sometimes came home exhausted and ended up doing only the bare minimum of washing and applying toner. (obviously not recommended to get used to), but I still wake up with skin that's still noticeably calmer and clearer than the night before. Definitely recommend trying this, especially if you are combo fat!
