Review on RF-WRSK18 Rocketfish Wireless Rear 🔊 Speaker Kit for Home Theater Systems by Christopher Ward

I have an earlier version of this kit which unfortunately came out about 13 months after my purchase. However, I noticed that a newer version of this article is now available on Revain, so I decided to give it another try, hoping it fixes the cause of my previous set crashing. The packaged product arrived in about 4 days - good. packed up. The two components are now housed in rather cheap-looking plastic cases - not nearly as sleek as the previous version, although that didn't put me off as most of the components are hidden anyway. Everything well connected. Then 2 days later a loud bang and guess what: no sound comes out of either speaker. I then contacted technical support. Obviously, Rocketfish didn't expect anyone to contact tech support with a technical issue related to this product. The number I called put me in contact with an agent who was most likely based in India and had no idea what I was talking about. Then I was put aside and transferred to another person who, like the first person, could not provide any meaningful help. I thought I'd try again, but again I couldn't solve the problem. I spent about 60 minutes on the phone. I think if Rocketfish doesn't care about customer service, they've lost me as a customer forever. I will not waste my money anymore.
