I give this 5 stars for being almost correct in the sizing. When I got this item, I used it the next day. Maybe this is just due to my daughter's chunky legs (like most babies, but it is so cute.). She fit into it with a little force (legs were the only issue), and she didn't mind wearing it for the 3+ hours she was in it (no not in the water that whole time, only a few dips, plus the pool was being heated, if you're interested, but not fully "summer hot" in Texas). UV indicator worked great. Would say this is 4.7 of 5 stars, but they don't offer that option.
