Before this rubber, I had a Bridgestone Potenza. Mega noisy tires were, and it seems to me too hard. Hankook chose primarily because of the price. Four tires in size r17 235/45 cost less than $400. Plus, the tires are not made in China and not in 2022, unlike more expensive competitors (although maybe this is prejudice?). The rubber is very quiet, soft (for some, this is a minus, but comfort is more important to me). I read on the forums that with such a tire width, the rut is very strongly felt, but in practice I don’t feel it at all. Maybe because of the softness. In general, I am 100% satisfied with the tires. If show-offs are not important for you, like: “What is this Korean cheap stuff ?, here I have a Michelin star for 800 bucks”, and you appreciate silence and comfort, this rubber is for you.
