Stops working after 4 months

We installed a new lightbulb on September 4, 2020, and in January 2021 the lightbulb had already burned out. Our last lightbulb has been burning for many years. I may consider a warranty or replacement.

Pros

All lamps listed are compatible with (LSE Lighting) branded UV products. We do not sell Field Control and UV-Aire brand lamps. All Field Control & UV-Aire trademarks, brands and logos are owned by Field Control & UV-Aire.
