I purchased in place of the flawed Logitech K400, which is a product that I adore very much. I purchased the Microsoft keyboard since the price was 700 dollars less in the store, and I believe that the Microsoft keyboard is probably not much worse than any other keyboard. I made a major mistake. Pros: The keys have a decent build quality and feel good when pressed. The place where the keys are kept is quite convenient. It is possible to remark that the keyboard section is substantially more impressive than Logitech's K400. They go so far as to remark that the keyboard is waterproof, which is something that Logitech struggles with. Got cons: The touchpad is really problematic, as the cursor moves in the wrong direction whenever a mouse button is touched. This issue might be remedied by certain drivers, but in its current state, right out of the box, this keyboard is in no way usable in any way, shape, or form. In addition to that, the pointer of the mouse moves in jerky motions. Another small issue is that it uses aaa batteries, rather than aa batteries like the Logitech keyboard does (which means that the batteries will need to be changed more frequently than with the Logitech keyboard).
