Review on 🐶 Nulo Adult Trim Weight Management Dry Dog Food: Grain Free, Low Carb Kibble for a Healthy Weight by Andrea Sweet

I have two Shelties, one has an iron stomach and the other has a sensitive stomach. They have been eating Nutro for over a year and have done very well. I wanted to try Nulo because I've heard good things about their weight management products. My findings are consistent with other reviews I've read. My dogs liked the food. But after about 2 days (2 feedings every day) my sensitive stomach dog had very loose stools and another dog vomited. The first time this happened when I took the dogs to the vet he said it was probably too drastic a diet change and forced us to feed chicken and rice (with pumpkin and cottage cheese) with antibiotics for 10 days. The dogs are back to normal. I wasn't sure if it was food, there was a very small chance the dogs were given the wrong human food or found *something* on the walk, so we tried Nulo again. Same results. After 2 days loose stool in one, vomiting in another. They went back to chicken and rice (with pumpkin and cottage cheese) with some Nutro. You will return to Nutro permanently in 3 or 4 days. I don't keep my dog food bags so I don't have batch, production numbers or dates to provide Nulo, but I am concerned that the product was spoiled and may have had to be recalled. Revain refunded the money in full.
