This is not very good. I used them for my daith piercing. The clear plastic balls often fell off and one would end up in my ear and it took me a while to get it out. I threw away those sets. Then, from the set of rhinestones in the ball, small rhinestones randomly fell out. My ear itched and I scratched to realize that the itching was caused by the rhinestones that had fallen and entered my ear canal. The only thing I had no trouble with was regular steel balls. As I only ended up using one set, the price was still reasonable, but I still wouldn't recommend them.
