I needed shelves to organize things in a small corner of the house, the size is very specific, this shelf is just the size I needed. This is an impressive product. The product was packaged in a brown box with minimal branding. The box contains the shelf parts and assembly instructions. The good thing is that there are a few extra details should you lose something. The kit also includes a small wrench, so you don't need to carry an extra tool. I didn't even use the assembly instructions as this shelf is easy to assemble. First I started attaching the wheels, then I put in all the shelves. Then I attached all the tubular frames. Once the frame was up I started pinning each shelf to the correct height, alternating the top and bottom. I was able to set up the shelf in less than 10 minutes. When the shelf is empty, it wobbles a little to make it stable. I put heavy objects on the bottom half of the shelf to make it stable. If I have to put heavy things on it, I probably just tie it to the wall to avoid accidents. I have the black version, premium finish. It is slightly shiny but durable. I dropped the shelves a couple of times during the assembly process and not a single scratch on the paint. In general, the rack does its job well. It is durable enough for common household items. Wheels are optional, there are rubber mounts in the package if you want to use rubber mounts instead. Highly recommended.
