I like this thing. My wife has a Fitbit and I'm interested in step counting. Just for fun, since it was very cheap, I tried this device instead of FitBit. I like it better than what my wife has. It has clock, date and pedometer. You can also install the app on your phone to track your history and sync easily. I have set myself the goal of walking 10,000 steps every day. It's amazing how that thought prompted me to "take steps." I walk a lot more after work and park farther from the shop door. These are things I've never been motivated to do until it matters - literally. The sleep monitor is also interesting. As far as I can tell, it tracks my sleep fairly accurately. I don't find the sleep monitor particularly useful because I either sleep or I don't. The monitor does not influence or motivate me to sleep better. BUT I find myself sleeping less than I thought I would because I go to bed late. So, I think maybe that motivated me a bit to go to bed a little earlier.
