Basically a very good product.

This is a very good, versatile and robust machine with one exception. It has a small lever that unlocks the phone's rotate function (from landscape to portrait). The problem is that this little piece is made of flimsy metal or plastic and is almost guaranteed to break. Because of this, I don't risk using this feature as long as I leave the mount. Product instructions are not included.
