He is now short on money due to COVID issues and is spending time playing his electric guitar to calm himself during these difficult times. . I saw him tied to his amp and told him I had a pair of wireless transceivers that would allow him to move more freely while playing. I was delighted to give him mine, but that meant I didn't have a match! I had a little more money than my son so I looked through everything here on Revain and decided to give this set a try. I chose these because my newest pair is lower MHz and I think they can interfere with a lot of the 'smart' things I have around my house (mostly lightbulbs and plugs) that rely on a 2nd generation internet connection .4G instead of a 5G network. I could be wrong about this - I just think anything that works in the '2+' band can 'clog' that band. So if I have a 5.8 receiver/transmitter they might suffer from less bandwidth noise. They're a lot easier to use than my other pair - charged, both plugged in, the receiver on my Roland Mobile Cube amp, the transmitter on my Roland Lucina keyboard they both turned on, and like my son, I can walk around playing my . keytar without a bothersome cable. In the set I gave my son, the lights were quite small and hard for me to see, plus they were on the side. Those lights are at the top, the power button is on the side, so they're not in the same spot. I think that's a plus, to be honest. When enough people are vaccinated against COVID I plan on walking my Lucina again and the lack of wires really helps with this amazing receiver/transmitter kit!
