So far I'm loving it AFTER sorting out all the creases! I've had this computer for almost a week and have finally managed to resolve my issues with slow boot times and patchy service. I even bought a Wi-Fi extender (which I still recommend since my home office is in a wireless zone). First, make sure you're as close to your Wi-Fi router as possible when plugging this thing in before you begin the setup. If you have an area that doesn't have dead zones, please ignore this review. I unknowingly plugged in the computer and started a pretty basic deadzone setup. Once set up I was amazed at how easy everything was, then the problems started. The next day, when I started installing my programs (Microsoft Word, email, etc.), I noticed a massive SLOWDOWN! Web browsers just wouldn't load. I kept seeing the loading wheel of destiny. I felt like hell. I died? Was this my punishment forever? This went on for a few days and I was frustrated, but figured it out and fixed the problem by buying a wifi extender and setting it up when it arrived. My Wi-Fi was much smoother, even my old laptop (I bought it in 2009) was faster with a new extender. After about half an hour of use, my internet browser simply refused to load! I had to restart my computer. Everyone. Once. I have just returned this item. Did some research on my phone that evening (tested my WiFi on multiple devices and everything worked BETTER with the new extender) so it wasn't MY WiFi network or router (this time). After further digging, the next day I decided to reset my Windows 10. Yes, I reset EVERYTHING. I concluded that when I first set up my new computer I had installed my new computer in a dead zone and wasn't properly (or consistently) connected to my WiFi and something just went wrong during the setup process. Today for Christmas I restarted my Windows 10 and everything works as it should! So why the 5 star rating? A computer is a dream when set up right! I was still enjoying Windows 10 on this all-in-one, not my laptop, when I was hijacked and forced to upgrade to the new OS from Windows 7. My old laptop was an HP Pavilion and believe me I got my money's worth. Back in 2009 I paid TWICE for this new All-In-One. I'm NOT a gamer and don't use a computer for any kind of editing (video, music or images) so I can't confirm how this thing meets those requirements. I needed a basic home computer that I could use for surfing the web, studying, and doing household chores. Hope that helps! NOTE ON PAGE: This is not the fault of the computer. I had problems with my operating system. I had to test the Wi-Fi in the place I installed it or temporarily install it next to the router to make sure everything was set up correctly with no Wi-Fi interference. It was me. I recommend downloading the app and testing your Wi-Fi connection anywhere in your home where you plan to set up your all-in-one. My study is down a long hallway and there are at least 4 walls between the computer and my wireless router, a kettle and a stove (wish I'd known a year ago when the cable guy put the router in the living room). I would like to link the product to this review. If your computer goes into a dead zone, I STRONGLY recommend a Wi-Fi extender. It was easy to set up and improve my Wi-Fi connection!
