I really respect how polite and quick they handled it all and how easy the process was. While I can't vouch for how great a product can be as it's hit or miss and doesn't seem to work for me, I can definitely say you can buy your product with the confidence that their customer service will be excellent .---------------------------------------------- -- --- ------ This thing is loud, and when I mean loud, I mean when you're in the office, this thing is going to be uncomfortable. It's like that guy in the office who insists on using his mechanical keyboard with clicking blue switches and you just want to blow it. Oh, and it has flashing lights to distract you from the vacuum running on your desk. And the worst part was that it didn't lower my laptop's temperature by a single degree. So yes. Pros: * It flashes - flash and vroom vroom Cons: * It doesn't cool * It's noisy * The quality is as plastic as it gets * It's not very ergonomic * Oh yeah, did I mention it doesn't really cool you computers at all?
