Ship my used item? suitable for hanging shelves
I ordered this product to help my son organize his locker. There were cheaper options from different companies but I ordered this one thinking it would last for years. It turns out they are sending me a used, dirty item with rust on the metal parts, or this item is really poor quality. I love the idea of this organizer, but at nearly $50 I expect perfection. Be careful!
