To be honest I was so excited to have my daughter's winter coat repaired. I went online, did a test to see which zipper would fit, and bought said package. First. The instructions are not very helpful. Lots of words with no real instructions, but online videos are great for instructions. Second, the size they say fits doesn't fit. I even ran the zipper test again to make sure I got it right. I tried all other zippers and they were too big. I received it today and am now sending it back the same day. ALSO the customer is a joke with the company! You can only call from 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. People who work during the day don't have the luxury of calling during this time. Disappointed and cannot recommend this product. There are other brands.
