I've been using neck pillows for over 20 years. My last pillow lasted over 15 years and I really didn't want to change it but it was necessary as my neck was bothering me when I woke up. I decided to start my quest by finding a good pillow. I tried one from Sam's Club which was not a neck pillow but a bamboo pillow. This particular pillow from Sam is good and has lots of foam pieces which they claim will stay in the shape you put them in all night but that was not the case and I woke up several times during the night, to fix my pillow. . So I'm looking again. What made me decide to try this pillow. It doesn't look quite like the first pillow I tried to put in, but I've been using it for a few weeks now and I really like it. I bought a medium size hoping it would fit me and it seems to fit me. I am a female, about 150 pounds, middle aged, with cervical problems after a car accident almost 20 years ago. This pillow allows me to sleep on my side as well as on my back. I sleep well at night and even achieve REM sleep, which is very good for me. It's definitely worth a try. The next question will be. How long it will take? Hope it lasts at least 10 years.
