Speed 2 you could sleep to and 1 is very quiet and moves an amazing amount of air at speed 1.I have had mine for just 2 months and I recommend it for jobs in drying out carpet or large garages, heck I even sleep with it on, good white noise on speed 1 and 2. I did not know when i purchased that these do not untie and the front tongue part comes way up your foot so there is very little wiggle room to get your foot in . I have knee trouble so I could not get the right shoe on . I had to purchase a shoe horn so I could easily slip my foot in . Now they are good not perfect because of my knee but good. Love the basket and the scoop ability of this but I found that the suction cup isn’t strong enough to suction to my slightly textured tile. It has to be suctioned to the little plastic round piece that they want you to stick on your wall with adhesive which we would rather not do. I still use it to scoop and then squeeze out the water in all the toys, let it dry in the tub, and then put it away in a cabinet.
