Great platform and services offered
I like that they are able to give me an idea of what their team is working with, as it helps in determining whether or not this will be something we should work together for our business! There's nothing really wrong about them- but sometimes you just need someone who can help guide your way through figuring out where things go when using software/website platforms.
They're very detailed during onboarding. My main issue here was getting my product set up properly by having all necessary data provided so i could get started right away without wasting time trying to do everything myself (which happened).
Pros
- The fact there were multiple people available at any given moment made sure questions weren't left unanswered because everyone had access if needed :) It also helped make new connections within other departments which led into more opportunities later down the road once those contacts became familiar enough
