Review on Presto Electric Tilt-N-Fold Griddle, 19-inch, Black: Boost Your Cooking Experience by Marcel Robinson

Fragile, practical but with good surface

The larger surface area was a welcome upgrade over our previous model. Heat distribution is fair if you let it preheat, but it certainly gets supercooled right over the element area. I haven't seen an electric skillet that distributes the heat really well. My biggest gripe is the minimalistic bottom protection and poor drip tray design. The drip tray is very short. I used to tip my old ones forward to let the bacon grease run down the drain. That's not possible here, as the tablet will either fall straight out if just tilted forward, or you'll burn your fingers because the hinged sides are so flat your fingertips can touch the underside of the surface when holding it . Everything is OK. design but I will definitely look for another model if I go to buy another one. To update:. Well, a while ago the left backside kind of cracked and eventually came loose. Between that and the drip tray falling out, I highly recommend getting another pan. I won't be buying this again and looking for a new one as we speak.
