There is no quality control.

I really liked the sound quality (for Bluetooth) and the design. The pair I received kept beeping, what I finally figured out was the battery indicator. This happened even though the device reported "Battery low". It wasn't until the device turned itself off that I realized what was happening. Tech support is virtually non-existent anywhere on the internet. Customer support is also lacking.
