I enjoy them: In-ear headphones

After I bought the Basn Iem and liked it, I decided I wanted to make it Bluetooth. I looked for different options on Amazon and settled on the basn smartcable pro 2. Battery life is great, sound is great, and the cord curves behind the ear and behind the neck where it's out of the way. I would buy them again.

Highly recommend would only change small things

Excellent sound quality and battery life Only thing I would change are the controls, they are not the worst but I don't like the volume button for that hold on a second to skip songs. The cord is perfect, it bends where it should for storage purposes, but the ear loops have wires so they can be wrapped around any ear.

There is no quality control.

I really liked the sound quality (for Bluetooth) and the design. The pair I received kept beeping, what I finally figured out was the battery indicator. This happened even though the device reported "Battery low". It wasn't until the device turned itself off that I realized what was happening. Tech support is virtually non-existent anywhere on the internet. Customer support is also lacking.

Punctual delivery and nice packaging

I like it very much. A more pleasing look. I bought the previous model and have been using it for about 4 years so I bought it again and also went for a newer version which looks a lot nicer and comes with the apt x technology that I get asked about a lot. My only regret is that I bought the cable when I should have bought headphones with it as it comes with a triple driver and is made of metal which is more durable.

Low noise ruins it

The headset has consistently low levels of static noise that's most noticeable when there's a video pause or audio transition between songs, but can be heard during normal conversations with podcast-style audio. I suspect the product was faulty and they sent a replacement, the replacement was less noticeable but still had the same static issue. Braided cables, fit, and audio controls felt unreliable and cheap. I have decided to return the product and try a different brand. .I do not recommend…

Excellent sound quality

This cable works well with my Ultimate Ears. The sound quality is very good and the cable doesn't pull when I turn my head left or right. I use my headphones when working out and had issues with the previous cable when turning my head. It doesn't happen anymore. I still have to get used to the new cable. One small thing I don't like is the very loud volume when turning it on and off. For example "Power On" is very loud and I'm not sure if I can adjust that. This noise is much louder than the…
