The headset has consistently low levels of static noise that's most noticeable when there's a video pause or audio transition between songs, but can be heard during normal conversations with podcast-style audio. I suspect the product was faulty and they sent a replacement, the replacement was less noticeable but still had the same static issue. Braided cables, fit, and audio controls felt unreliable and cheap. I have decided to return the product and try a different brand. .I do not recommend this product.
