Not bad - just a few questions to help set it up

Pros: The screens look good, the picture is very clear, and the cables that come with it match my Mac. It didn't need a separate power supply from the computer, and the screens were about the size of my computer screen. So far, so good. Matching the three screens to the mouse - left to right - was easy - with a computer. Packing, storage and portability are good with box and bag. Looks very durable. Cons: The instructions to download the program to the computer were very confusing. Even my 25 year old son had to give up orders and just act the way he knew best. Screens are NOT lightweight. But the kickstand works well (it's just hard to get to its seat). The bottom of the screens won't fit as tightly as the top as the wedge/bracket is on the top of the screens. So the bottom sometimes loosens and doesn't get stuck when the computer screen is tilted backwards. It's a bit awkward to put on. It's difficult to slide the two screens together while holding down the button. (Maybe I'm doing something wrong). Haven't figured out how to adjust the brightness using the knobs on top YET (even the 25 year old gave up). I would like to know how to do this as I will be on the road with him from time to time and I need a bright screen. I would expect the battery to drain when the computer is not connected to a network - totally forgivable when 3 screens are running at the same time. .The screen folds back neatly for rear viewing - wish it was pushed forward so the computer flexed more. ----------- ----------- I'm new to this but I think overall I'll be happy with it as I use it more often.

Pros
  • Acceptable
Cons
  • makes me nervous
