I like that it is easy to use, and has many features. It's very customizable, so you can do almost anything with it. The customer support is also great! They are always available to help out, and they have been extremely helpful when we've had issues. As far as any downsides, I don't see any. If you're looking for a POS system that will be easy to learn but still give you all of the options you need, this is a great option. We needed a POS system that would allow us to customize our own layouts, and this does just that.
