I bought these hangers specifically to organize my work trousers and to save space in my closet. I knew as soon as I started "loading" the first hanger that this was going to be a problem. As others have noted, the rubber coating on the hanging bars is very grippy, to the point that it's completely sticky to almost any fabric. I found I had to flip the hanger horizontally to even put jeans on it, and five pairs of jeans is too heavy to manipulate. Ripping jeans from the middle or the bottom was completely unbearable. I think the stickiness serves a purpose, but I found it too frustrating to deal with every day, so I decided to hang my little-used pants on these hangers, thinking smooth fabrics would be easier to put on and take off. No, at least the coating on microfiber, polyester and viscose is even stickier. So I keep them, but I only use them for storage and not for everyday use.
