I've been looking for thumb grips for the LITE Switch and bought the skull and others for the regular Switch because of the good reviews, these ones because they do are white like Switch LITE analog sticks. The skull and company were ridiculously tight and didn't sit low enough on the joystick I noticed, so they felt like they could fly off in difficult gameplay if I used the highs and pressed hard enough. I also read that because they were black (they didn't sell white caps for Christmas 2019), they specifically "painted" the LITE switch caps since the analog sticks are a matte, rubbery white. These untitled white analog stick cases are MUCH better and fit analog sticks perfectly, offering a flatter but wider analog stick diameter that's great for gaming, and you might not see them to the naked eye pleasing to the thumb because they are white. just like a real Joy-Con, so the color scheme matches the Switch Lite perfectly. I've read that many switch users say they are "loose", maybe the LITE analog sticks are a bit wider because they fit perfectly on my LITE switch, but the skull and co., the ones for the regular Switch were designed were too tight. I recommend for SWITCH LITE.
