Don't make me start your customer service. everyone seemed to me. I decided to try this one and I'm really impressed. Easy to install, the clip vent mount has a good stabilizer that seems to keep the clip in place and won't fall off. When I first plugged it in and opened my arms, it sounded like the device was better made than the others. After several weeks of use, my phone stayed in place, hands work perfectly and quietly. Out of curiosity, I even checked customer service with a quick request. They were very responsive. I think my search for a quality device has finally been successful! Update since purchase. It turned out that one of the devices was defective. I contacted support and they responded within a few hours. They offered an immediate replacement. I know that electronics sometimes go bad. I don't think it's bad quality. I have two of these and one works perfectly. I liked the fact that I could contact their support team and they got it right away!
