Runs small

I ordered 7-8 and my daughter wears 7. but the panties are too small. And she's quite slim but tall so I was actually worried the bottom would be too big, but they like a size or two smaller than 7/8. The top is fine. The sleeves are a little short but it's very loose so she can wear it normally. I don't think the material or print is cheap. looks like every kid's costume I've seen under twenty bucks.
