05/23/2021 update: My electric toothbrush that’s plastic slipped out of my hand and bounced off this faucet, and the paint chipped right off revealing chrome underneath. Still a fairly good faucet but you can’t cut corners with the matte black finishes they can easily start to look terrible if not done right.This is a good quality faucet. Traditional install EXCEPT there needs to be some sort of notch in the center hole for the drain stem to operate properly. As you can see from my missing drain in the picture, I could not make this happen. My sink is a very standard sink and does not have this notch. So, I had to improvise and order a pop-up drain in black to match. It’s on its way. Simple solution but it was an added cost. Again, the faucet itself is well built, good quality and the packaging, including the white gloves was over the top.
