I received my CapTel phone in the mail today. and I just LOVE IT. I was worried the subtitles would be random, but I had a wonderful conversation with my family on the phone for the first time in a LONG time. The screen even lets you know when the other person is laughing. lol The phone is very easy to set up and use. However, it's also challenging as it has a nicely customizable screen that's easy to read, has built-in auto-answer with programmable calls that you can turn on or off, has caller ID, has call waiting, and has a phone . Directory, saves the conversations you want to keep and deletes those that you don't want to keep. Can't tell from the picture But there are all sorts of red, orange and green lights for the call volume indicator and subtitles button. The keys are also backlit in white.
