I bought them to be able to install different versions of Windows on our computers, as well as photos and such. They work great. Indeed they are very beautiful; Beautiful colors. The end glows bright red when connected and working. You can write on it with a marker if needed and the ink will remain. I plan to buy more as the price is definitely good and they last and don't feel cheap or cheap like some after using them 2 or 3 times.
