Good quality and comfortable. I'm 5'5", 135 pounds and have an athletic build. I have to carry 2 search and rescue radios, one of which is large. This harness makes it easier to wear, but I had to adjust it for my smaller size. The length is ok, the width is too big, despite all the fasteners. I replaced the center buckle with a two inch Velcro strip and can trim the width at the back somehow. practicality and comfort. Much more comfortable than having something on my chest and I can wear it under a zip up jacket.
