has no outdoor labels. should only be used indoors. See outdoor markings." There is no other label on the cable and after searching for the UL stamp it cannot be found. This leads me to believe that the cable is from another country and not for safety As soon as I plugged it in, all of my exterior lights burned out, about 100 of them.
