I've spent many hours trying to get this to work and it just doesn't work. If you have a Samsung S8, look elsewhere. If you follow the steps, it still doesn't work even after a dozen YouTube videos. Even when you get to the part that you need to select and copy to your USB, it just won't let you, it doesn't even show the USB at that point. It just says "move here" and there is no option for USB stick. I'm just trying to move some photos off my phone to a USB stick so I can transfer them to my computer. The device isn't meant to be used forever, but it just doesn't work. However, there are many good reviews on how to use it, so I assume it's just an S8 issue. My phone is OTG and ready too.
