They have great knowledge about all types of cloud products available out there so they help you with right decision making process for choosing any one from them. Nothing much disliked by us but it would be nice if we could get more discount when buying multiple accounts at once or bulk purchase option like other providers offer. We used Cloudflare DNS for our website security purpose along with CDN (Cloudfront) & Load Balancer(Lambda).
