The box was damaged and partially open upon delivery and there were nuts/bolts missing. I contacted the manufacturer and promptly received replacement parts. I was able to assemble the tower myself with little difficulty. Be sure to properly tighten the screw for the bar dip handles to eliminate any movement. I am 6ft 1in tall and about 200lbs and find that there is some flex in the structure when using the bar dip station. However, it is negligible. I like the adjustable pull up bar. I found this product to be adequate for the price.
