I used this software for over two years in my previous organization as an Sustainability Analyst where we had many projects which required us to report our progress using WF metrics (1). The dashboard view of each project was very helpful when it came time reporting/presenting results at board meetings or client events; 2) It helped provide visibility into how well different parts were performing within their respective workstreams - i.e., what KPIs are being met by team members / departments under them? 3); We also found some useful suggestions regarding improvements made available via emails sent out directly after completion of certain tasks related with specific WFs.
